Watch out Indiana Jones

Remember Indiana Jones? Sure you do, that was the movie that made Harrison Ford a bona fide, bankable movie star. Remember his fear of snakes? Yes, that was part of the movie's charm. Well, I think we have an idea for the fifth film in the series: Indiana Jones and the Idaho House of Snakes.
We ran across this story today about a house that was built on an underground den for garter snakes. Apparently, all of the snakes in this town head back to this house during the fall and winter to nest and hang out. That means the family living there spent most of their days battling these non-poisonous snakes for hours at a time. They were in the walls, in the well, in the yard, in everything. One of the residents said it was like living in "Satan's Lair."
Kind of sucks to be them? Well, maybe not,
The worst/dumbest part is the people were warned before moving that the house was filled with snakes, but their real estate agent supposedly told that was an urban legend. Hey, it was summer time and there were no snakes. Well, the family could have checked the county records and found there was a lawsuit file over the house because of the snakes, but they didn't. They bought and moved out three months later and are refusing to pay the mortgage. They later got the show featured on an Animal Planet show.
Who is the bad guy? The real estate company? The mortgage company? Government for not tearing down the house? The family for failing to do due diligence?
Watch out Indiana Jones.
