The Brett e-mail system is down today and that has created somewhat of a quandary for the modern business office. We and our clients are so use to handling things on the fly with e-mail that we are effectively flying snow blind. We have reached many people through phone calls, but we wonder how many people got stopped by a bounce back on an e-mail and gave up.
